Celebrate Nevada Day the Local Way: Halloween Adventures for Kids & Adults
Everyone knows, Las Vegas is the place to party hard. And, when it comes to Nevada Day 2018, the planned celebrations are endless during this 3-day state holiday. Get festive with locals and tourists as the Silver State celebrates its 154th birthday!
This year’s Heritage Day continues the tradition of being the biggest statehood celebration in the US. For 2018, the Nevada Day theme is a State of Economic Diversity. Locals want to honor the Battle Born State for its dedication to diversity in its economic makeup.
Today, Nevada may just be one of the most diverse states in the entire country when it comes to economics. But, it’s the state’s ability to draw in massive numbers of tourists and get the crowds moving and grooving that keeps it flourishing. It’s all about 24-hour gambling, drinking, clubbing, partying and so much more!
This is the biggest holiday of the year in the State of Nevada. If you can’t party here, you can’t party anywhere. We invite you to come out and celebrate both Nevada Day and Halloween 2018 with us. Bring the entire family!
Here’s a quick guide of things to do during the Nevada Day 2018 holiday weekend celebrations.
Nevada Day 2018: Halloween Celebrations for the Entire Family
Las Vegas has worked hard to become a place known for family entertainment. Today, the city has much more to offer children than just Circus Circus and Excalibur Hotels. There’s a water park, roller coasters, arcades and so many more things for kids to do in Vegas.

Bring the entire family out to celebrate the 2018 Nevada Day with Marvel’s Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. on Friday, October 26. Your kids will have a ball as they enjoy trick-or-treating from one exhibit to the next. Each trick-or-treater gets their own goodie bag, and lots of candy to fill them up.
And, because it’s a Halloween celebration too, children are encouraged to dress in Marvel’s costumes, or any of their favorite super heroes. However, any and all kids’ costumes are welcome at the attraction, which takes place from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
