Fantasy is Luxor's topless revue: a late-night show of dance numbers and live vocals, led by singer Lorena Peril, that has been running since 1999 and is for ages 18 and up. It plays seven nights a week in the Atrium Showroom at Luxor.
The Atrium Showroom is a small room of about 350 seats facing a traditional proscenium stage, set out in four sections: section 1 right in front of the stage, section 2 behind it in the middle of the room, and sections 3 and 4 at the back. Every seat has a clear view, so for Fantasy the only question is how close you want to be to the dancers: the center of sections 1 and 2 is the place.
Best seats for Fantasy
The best seats for Fantasy are near the center of sections 1 and 2, close to the dancers and square to the stage. The stage is a classic proscenium, so being in the middle of a row matters more than being in the very first one. A center seat a few rows back takes in each number whole, while the ends of the front rows look up and across at it.
The front rows are also within reach of the moments when the cast plays with the audience. For some groups that's the fun of it; for others it's a reason to sit a little farther back.
Best value seats
In a room of about 350 seats the back is never far, so the best value is simply the cheapest seat on the map for your date that sits near the middle of its row. Prices vary by date and by seat, so compare a few rows before you pick. A center seat in section 3 or 4 often gives you a better view than a seat at the far end of a row closer to the stage.
Seats to avoid
No seat in the Atrium Showroom has a blocked view; the only ones to think twice about are the far ends of the front rows, where you watch the stage from a sharp angle. And if you'd rather stay out of the action, skip the first rows, which are in range of the audience-interaction moments.
Accessible seating
Wheelchair and companion seats are sold through the Luxor box office: call before you book, as their location in the showroom is not published. Calling early gives you the most choice of dates.
Section by section
Section 1
Section 1 is the block of rows directly in front of the stage. You're as close to the dancers as it gets and in range of any audience interaction. Stay toward the middle of the row for the best angle.
Section 2
Section 2 sits behind section 1, in the middle of the room. Its center seats are the sweet spot for Fantasy: close enough for detail, far enough back to see the full staging of each number.
Sections 3 and 4
Sections 3 and 4 fill the back of the showroom. The room has only about 13 rows in all, so even here you're close to the stage; take a seat near the center if you can.
