- You don't need an account, and we never ask for your payment details: you book on the seller's own site.
- We only email you if you ask us to, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page.
- We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who we are
Las Vegas Jaunt (lasvegasjaunt.com) is published by Erwan Mevel, a sole trader registered in France (SIREN 844 398 354). He decides why and how your data is used (the “controller” in European law). For any question about your data, use our contact form or write to contact@lasvegasjaunt.com.

When you click a deal. “Get this deal” and “Get tickets” take you to the seller's site, sometimes through an affiliate network (such as Impact, Partnerize, Awin or CJ). The seller or the network may set its own cookie so the booking is credited to us; their privacy policy applies there. We never send them your name or email. On our side, the click is counted (deal, page, link) without your identity.
Our Android app. The trip plans, budgets and game sessions you enter in the app stay on your phone: they are never sent to us, and they are deleted when you uninstall the app. The app doesn't access your precise location, photos, contacts or microphone.
Cookies and what your browser keeps
- Necessary: your cookie choice (6 months), and a security cookie Cloudflare may set to tell people from bots (30 minutes).
- Your preferences, kept in your browser only: the special rates you qualify for, the number of tickets you picked, your Black Friday radar. We don't receive them.
- Analytics, only if you accept: Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_…), 13 months at most. - Videos: YouTube videos load only when you press play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's policy then applies.
Refusing analytics changes nothing on the site. To change your choice, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.
Who handles your data
Only Erwan Mevel reads your messages and manages the lists. These providers run the services we use, on our instructions and under contracts that protect your data:

Some of them are in the United States. Transfers there rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, limit its use or object to it, and withdraw your consent at any time (it doesn't affect what was done before). Use our contact form or write to contact@lasvegasjaunt.com; we answer within one month.
If you think we haven't respected your rights, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or to the authority of the country where you live. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you; we don't sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.
Children
Families plan trips with us, but the site is not meant for children on their own: we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us their data, tell us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, our databases are not open to the public, and access to your data is limited to Erwan Mevel. No system is perfectly safe, but we keep what we hold to the minimum, so there is little to lose.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use the data you gave us, we'll tell you before it applies (by email when we have yours).
Terms of use
What Las Vegas Jaunt is
Las Vegas Jaunt is a free, independent guide to Las Vegas hotel, show, attraction and tour deals, with travel guides and tips. By using the site, you accept these terms.
We are not a travel agency and we don't sell anything: you book with the hotel, the ticket seller or the tour operator. We are not affiliated with the hotels, shows and brands we write about unless we say so; their names and logos belong to them. We don't run any casino, gambling or betting service.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on Las Vegas Jaunt are the lowest published prices we found on the date shown next to them. They are set by hotels, ticket sellers and tour operators, who can change them or withdraw an offer at any time. Only the price, taxes, fees and conditions shown at checkout on the seller's site apply. Las Vegas Jaunt is not the seller. If a price you see at checkout is different from ours, tell us and we'll correct the page.
How we earn money
When you book through some of our links, the seller pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and never changes the price you pay. It is how the site stays free. Hotels and sellers don't pay to appear on our pages; if one ever sponsors a page, we'll say so on that page.
Your booking is with the seller
The seller's terms apply to your booking: payment, changes, cancellations, refunds, resort fees and taxes. We can't change or cancel a booking for you, but if something went wrong, tell us: it helps other readers, and we stop recommending sellers who don't keep their word.
Guides, tips and tools
Our guides, calculators and tips (resort fees, parking, transport, schedules, seating charts) are there to help you plan. Las Vegas changes fast: check anything important with the hotel or venue before you rely on it.
Some content talks about casinos. You must be 21 to gamble in Nevada, and our casino tools (such as game trainers or budget trackers) are for learning and planning only, with no real money. If gambling stops being fun, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is free and confidential: call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).
Comments and messages
Your comments stay yours, and you allow us to publish them on the site. Please keep them useful and civil: no spam or self-promotion, nothing illegal, hateful, harassing or that breaks someone else's rights. We may moderate, shorten or remove any comment.
Our content
The texts, photos, charts and design of the site belong to Erwan Mevel or are used with permission. You may quote a short extract with a link to the page; for anything else, ask us first.
Links to other sites
We link to sellers and other sites we don't control. Their content, prices, terms and privacy practices are their own.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantee. We are not responsible for a seller's prices, services or decisions, or for indirect losses linked to the use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the current version. They are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protections its consumer law gives you. If you have a problem, write to us first: we'll do our best to sort it out.
