A free casino card can park you for free, drop the resort fee or lower your room rate. Pick your hotel to see its card, then compare all 16 programs on what they actually give a visitor.

Side by side
The first tier that gets each perk, with the tier credits it takes in a year. Each casino counts credits its own way (Caesars gives 1 for $5 on slots, The Venetian 1 for $4), so compare the perks, not the numbers.
A dash means the casino doesn't publish the perk for any tier. Tap a program for every tier and its conditions.
What a visitor can get
No tier needed at these casinos:
Tier credits a year. True Rewards (The STRAT) parks you free from Solid; its thresholds aren't published.
What you save: every hotel's resort fee.
Status matches
A status match gives you a tier for the status you hold elsewhere, without the play. These are the ones open in Las Vegas today. MGM's own 2026 casino status match closed on October 1.
Caesars Rewards and Wyndham Rewards
Both ways: Caesars Platinum and Wyndham Platinum match each other; Caesars Diamond and Seven Stars get Wyndham Diamond, and Wyndham Diamond or Titanium members get Caesars Diamond, the tier with no resort fee. Ask again each February 1.
Caesars Diamond Tier MatchThrough December 31, 2026
New Caesars Rewards members who show a VIP card from another casino can be upgraded to Diamond until January 31, 2027.
MGM Rewards to Marriott Bonvoy
Link the two accounts: Pearl gets Marriott Silver Elite, Gold and Platinum get Gold Elite, NOIR gets Ambassador Elite. It only works one way: no Marriott status earns an MGM tier.
Venetian Rewards to World of Hyatt
Diamond members get Hyatt Explorist, Chairman members Globalist; 2 Venetian points convert to 1 Hyatt point.
Rio Rewards tier matchThrough December 31, 2026
Show your Caesars, MGM, Station or Boyd card at the Rio: you get the matching Rio tier for 90 days.
Club One (Circa, The D, Golden Gate)
A one-time tier match, done in person with your card from another casino.

Good to know
Yes. Every program is free to join from age 21. Bring a photo ID: MGM Rewards and Wynn Rewards, for example, activate your membership at a rewards desk.
No. Most programs also count what you spend at the resort: MGM gives 4 tier credits per $1 on dining, shows and the spa outside a stay, Caesars 1 tier credit per $1 on rooms booked direct, and The Venetian 2 tier points per $1 spent at the resort. Members also get lower room rates: up to 15% off at MGM, up to 30% at Wynn.
The one of the hotel you stay at, since that's where you spend. MGM Rewards (12 Strip hotels) and Caesars Rewards (8) cover the most resorts, so they pay off if you move around the Strip. For free parking, the lowest published thresholds are Venetian Sapphire and Genting Elite (3,000 tier credits) and Caesars Platinum (5,000), though each casino counts credits its own way.
At SAHARA and South Point, self-parking and valet are free for everyone; at the seven Station Casinos hotels (Red Rock, Durango, Green Valley Ranch and the Stations) parking is free; at the Rio self-parking is free. At Virgin Hotels, parking and valet are free for rewards members at every tier, and at Treasure Island and the Golden Nugget for hotel guests. Elsewhere on the Strip, a rewards tier is the way to park free.
Reach the tier that waives it and book direct: Gold at MGM Rewards (75,000 tier credits, up to two rooms per trip), Diamond at Caesars Rewards (15,000, one room per stay), or Azul at Rio Rewards (10,000) when you book on riolasvegas.com.
A casino gives you a tier close to the one you hold elsewhere, to win your business. In Las Vegas today: Caesars and Wyndham match each other, MGM status earns Marriott Bonvoy status, The Venetian gives Hyatt status, the Rio matches Caesars, MGM, Station and Boyd tiers through December 31, 2026, and Caesars upgrades new members with a rival VIP card to Diamond. MGM's own 2026 status match closed on October 1.
Yes, if your account goes quiet: after 6 months without earning at Caesars, at MGM's Sapphire tier, at Boyd and at Genting's Royal tier, and after about a year at most other casinos. Tier credits reset every year.
