Need Something at 2AM? These 24-Hour Stores on the Vegas Strip Have You Covered
Looking for a late-night snack or emergency essentials? You’re in luck (you are in Vegas, after all).
Whether you forgot to pack sunscreen, need a late-night snack, or find yourself searching for medicine after a long day in the desert sun (or at night in the club), it helps to know where to go. From water to Tylenol, this guide covers 24-hour convenience and grocery stores located right on or just off the Las Vegas Strip, so you can grab essentials any time, day or night.
How This Guide Works
The Las Vegas Strip covers more than four miles, and convenience stores aren’t always as close as they seem. If you’re trying to fight a fever (or a hangover), the last thing you want to do is walk in the heat, trying to avoid unnecessary detours.
To help, we’ve grouped the best 24-hour stores by location: South, Central, and North Strip, with a few just-off-the-Strip options that are still within walking distance.
For each store, you’ll find:
- The exact address
- Nearby hotel walking times
- A Google Maps link
Starting with the south end of the Strip, here’s where to go when you need something no matter the hour.

24 Hour Stores On The Strip
Luxor 24/7 Store
Located on the main level of the Luxor Hotel, this store is convenient if you’re staying at Luxor, Mandalay Bay, or Excalibur. It’s also easy to access via the free tram that connects all three resorts. The store has all of the main essentials you need, pharmacy items, quick (hot & cold) snacks, water, and more. If you want more choice there’s a 24-hour Walgreens near MGM Grand that’s also within walking distance.
Address: 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119
Walgreens – Near MGM Grand and New York-New York
You will find this Walgreens location positioned right across from Park MGM, a short 6-minute walk away from MGM Grand and New York-New York, and a 14-minute walk from Aria. It’s a useful stop if you’re staying anywhere in the southern section of the Strip. If you’re based around Planet Hollywood or The Cosmopolitan, another Walgreens is just a few blocks further north.
Address: 3765 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Walgreens – Near Planet Hollywood and The Cosmopolitan
This location is especially convenient for guests staying at Planet Hollywood, as it’s just a 2-minute walk away. The Cosmopolitan is a 6-minute walk away, and the Bellagio is an 8-minute walk making them both within walking distance. This Walgreens is one of the more central options on this stretch of the Strip.
Address: 3717 Las Vegas Blvd S #100, Las Vegas, NV 89109
7-Eleven – Behind the Strip, Near Flamingo
Although not directly on Las Vegas Boulevard, this 7-Eleven is about a 15-minute walk from the Flamingo and nearby attractions like The LINQ Highroller. It’s tucked just behind the Strip on Koval Lane and can be a good alternative if other nearby stores are busy.
Address: 4158 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109
CVS – Near Paris Las Vegas
Just a few steps from Paris Las Vegas is a CVS location. It’s a 3-minute walk from Paris, a 4-minute walk and a 6-minute walk from Flamingo. This CVS is one of the most centrally located on the Strip, making it a convenient location if you’re staying at any of the mid-Strip hotels.
If you’re heading north toward The Venetian or Harrah’s, there are two Walgreens located close together in that area.
Address: 3645 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Green Valley Grocer – Near Rio
We know this one’s off the Strip, but Green Valley Grocer is located around a 9-minute walk away from the Rio. It’s a good option if you’re staying at a hotel that’s west of the Strip. It’s slightly farther than the typical convenience stores on the Strip, but it offers a broader selection for anyone in the area. So if you do happen to be looking for a wider selection of items, Green Valley Grocer is just a short taxi or Uber ride away from the major Strip hotels.
Address: 3711 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89103
Walgreens – Near Harrah’s and The Venetian
The first of the two Walgreens sits right between Harrah’s and The Venetian, making it a quick stop for guests at either property. Both resorts are just a 3-minute walk away. If you’re staying at Caesars Palace, then you’re a 9-minute walk away.
A second Walgreens is located just next door, slightly closer to The Palazzo and Wynn.
Address: 3397 Las Vegas Blvd S #1, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Walgreens – Near The Palazzo and Wynn
This Walgreens is just a 3-minute walk from the previous location, it’s more convenient for those of you staying at the Palazzo. You’re literally 2 minutes away. From the Wynn, the walking distance is around 10 minutes.
If you’re staying farther north near Circus Circus or Fontainebleau, there’s a 7-Eleven within walking distance.
Address: 3339 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
7-Eleven – Near Circus Circus and Fontainebleau
If you’re staying on the northern end of the Strip, there’s a 7-Eleven which is about an eight-minute walk from Circus Circus and around ten minutes from Fontainebleau. As the northern end of the Strip is quieter, the 7-Eleven is convenient as late-night store choices are more limited.
A little farther north, you’ll find another Walgreens within walking distance of Encore and The STRAT.
Address: 3001 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Walgreens – Near Encore
This location sits between Encore and Fontainebleau, about a seven-minute walk from Encore and twelve minutes from Fontainebleau. It’s one of the last 24-hour options within walking distance of a major hotel before reaching the very north end of the Strip.
For those staying near The STRAT, there’s another Walgreens even farther north.
Address: 3025 Las Vegas Blvd S Ste A, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Walgreens – Near The STRAT
Located just five minutes on foot from The STRAT, this Walgreens is a good stop for your essentials, but also if heading downtown and want to stock up before leaving the main resort corridor.
Address: 2427 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89104

Las Vegas Grocery Store FAQs
Are there any regular 24-hour grocery stores in Las Vegas?
If you’re looking for full-sized grocery stores like Albertsons, Smith’s, Walmart, Costco, Vons, or Kroger—most are no longer open 24 hours. But don’t worry, WinCo Foods still has you covered.
There are three 24-hour WinCo locations in the Las Vegas area: Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin. These are ideal if you’re planning a larger grocery run and don’t mind a short drive or rideshare.
What 24-hour convenience stores are in Downtown Las Vegas?
If you’re staying near Fremont Street or planning a late-night adventure downtown, there are several 24-hour options nearby:
- Walgreens at Fremont Street Experience (Neonopolis) – great for pharmacy items and general convenience.
- 7-Eleven – two blocks north of Fremont Street Experience.
- Family Food Mart Grocery Store – located just 7 minutes away from EL Cortez, it’s good for snacks and basics.
Is it worth leaving the Strip for groceries?
If you’re just grabbing a few items like snacks, water, or sunscreen, the Strip’s Walgreens, CVS, and hotel stores are more than enough. But if you need a broader selection or want to buy in bulk, visiting a nearby WinCo or large grocery store off the Strip might save you money.
Is it safe to walk to 24-hour stores at night in Las Vegas?
Generally, the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown areas are well-lit and heavily trafficked, even late at night. Many people are out and about into the early hours, especially around major resorts and attractions. That said, it’s always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings, avoid poorly lit side streets, and stick to main walkways. If you’re venturing farther off the Strip or downtown, especially alone or late at night, consider using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft for added peace of mind.
