Best Food Halls in Las Vegas – We Give You A Rundown Of The Latest Dining Trend in Las Vegas
Las Vegas built its dining reputation on over-the-top buffets, where one flat price unlocked mountains of crab legs, carving stations, and dessert bars that stretched for miles. But in recent years, the Strip’s culinary landscape has changed.
The list of buffets has been dwindling, while the list of curated food halls has been increasing.
These modern spaces bring together multiple restaurants and quick-service spots under one roof, making it easy to sample flavors from around the world without leaving the building.
Whether you’re craving celebrity chef creations, global street food, or a quick grab-and-go bite, here are the best food halls in Las Vegas worth visiting.
If you’re in a rush, here are the food halls on our list:

- Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria
- Famous Food Street Eats at Resorts World
- Via Via Food Hall at the Venetian
- Promenade Food Hall at Fontainebleau

Best Las Vegas Food Halls
Block 16 Urban Food Hall at Cosmopolitan
Block 16 Urban Food Hall at the Cosmopolitan is arguably the very best Food Hall in Las Vegas. It offers a tour of some of America’s most talked-about (and TikTok’d) eateries.
From breakfast to dessert, Block 16 Urban Food Hall has it all. You’ll find Hattie B’s Nashville hot chicken, oversized sandwiches from Lardo, Asian-style flatbreads at Bang Bar by Momofuku, and creative donuts from District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. Tekka Bar serves fresh handrolls and sake, while Ghost Donkey offers mezcal cocktails and truffle nachos.
The newest addition is Naughty Patty’s, and here you’ll find some of the best smash burgers, fries, and frozen treats.
Block 16 Urban Food Hall is open 7 AM to 10 PM from Sunday to Thursday, and 7 AM to 12 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Proper Eats Food Hall at Aria
Before Block 16 came along, Proper Eats was the king of Food Halls in Las Vegas.
Proper Eats adds to Aria’s list of excellent restaurants, the lineup spans everything from fresh sushi at Temaki to New York–style pizza from Pizzaoki and Korean comfort food at Seoul Bird. You can dig into Southern-style fried chicken at Lola’s, try Mediterranean plates at Shalom Y’all, or go for American classics like burgers and fries at Easy’s. Sweet cravings are covered with Wexler’s Deli desserts, and Proper Bar keeps things lively with creative cocktails.
Whether it’s a quick lunch, a late-night snack, something in between, or a proper, sit-down meal, Proper Eats in Aria will not let you down.
This food hall is open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM, and from 7 AM to 11 PM
Famous Food Street Eats at Resorts World
Next up is Famous Food Street Eats at Resorts World. Here, you’ll find the energy of an Asian night market in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip. Famous Foods holds the record for the most number of food vendors under one roof in Vegas, and you’ll find that their lineup is as photogenic as they are flavorful (so get your camera ready).
You can slurp signature bowls from Singapore’s Boon Tong Kee, dig into roasted meats at Geylang Claypot Rice, or grab umami-packed burgers at Fuhu Shack. If you’re feeling English Fish & Chips, you’ll find that too, along with Tacos from Michos and Nashville-style hot chicken burgers from celebrity chef-owned Streetbird.
For something sweet, there’s bubble tea from Tiger Sugar and Japanese pastries at Mozz Bar. The space also features a center bar for cocktails, making it as much a hangout spot as it is a place to eat. Famous Food Street Eats inside Resorts World is open every day except Wednesday from 11 AM to 10 PM, and 11 AM to 11 PM on Saturdays.
Via Via Food Hall at The Venetian
Via Via is one of the newest food halls in Vegas, opening just a few months ago on June 9th, 2025. Located on the Venetian Casino floor, you’ll find a bit of everything here, as you would expect, which includes flavors from Italy along with concepts from the East Coast to the West Coast of America.
You can try hand-crafted sandwiches at All’Antico Vinaio (an Italian sandwich shop that began in Florence in 1991), delicious New York-style pizza at Scarr’s Pizza, LA-style tacos at B.S Taqueria, along with exceptional Ramen at Ivan Ramen. There’s plenty of seating and a good, casual atmosphere. It works just as well for a quick lunch as it does for a relaxed dinner.
Via Via Food Hall is open daily from 7 AM to 10 AM Sunday to Thursday, and 7 AM to 12 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Promenade at Fontainebleau
Perched on a mezzanine above the casino, Promenade brings a fresh Miami-inspired vibe to Las Vegas dining.
There’s plenty of seating, the space in Fontainbleau is bright, and you’ll find a line-up of eateries that range from New York-style Pizza at Miami Slice (don’t be confused by the name), authentic tacos and burritos at Roadside Taco, along with freshly baked, hand-rolled bagels at El Bagel. Compared to the other Food Halls, the Promenade offers fewer options, but it’s a great spot for a quick lunch or a casual meal.
Opening hours depend on the individual eatery, but generally they open at 11 AM and close between 8 and 2 AM.
Celebrity Food Hall at Caesars Palace
Caesars Palace is home to one of the pricier food halls. Opened in 2024, the Celebrity Food Hall at Caesars Palace brings together a lineup of eateries from some of the most recognizable names in the culinary world.
Each counter has its own flair, Buddy V’s Pizzeria to Guy Fieri’s Chicken Guy!, serving up crispy tenders, sandwiches, and signature sauces. You’ll also find Bobby Flay’s Bobby’s Burgers (a spot that’s featured on our list of the best burgers), alongside Dominique Ansel’s bakery for pastries and desserts (including the famous Cronut).
The space is bright, lively, and conveniently located just off the casino floor, making it easy to pop in for a quick meal or stay for a mini food crawl. Whether you’re in the mood for comfort classics or a dish with a celebrity chef’s twist, this food hall serves it up with plenty of personality.
The Celebrity Food Hall is open daily from 11 AM to 12 AM.
Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM
You’ve probably heard of Eataly, it’s a food hall chain that can be found around the world, from London to Toronto, and the Las Vegas brand is located in Park MGM.
As the name suggests, you’ll find a taste of Italy in Eataly. The atmosphere at Eataly in Park MGM feels like a European market thanks to the restaurants, cafes, and wide specialty counters under one roof. There are stations dedicated to fresh pasta, hand-tossed pizzas, artisanal cheeses, and Italian pastries. You can grab a quick espresso and bombolone, enjoy a plate of freshly made tagliatelle, or linger over seafood and wine at one of its sit-down restaurants.
From breakfast to dinner to a post-club snack, Eataly has you covered.
It’s open from 7 AM to 11 PM from Sunday to Thursday, and 7 AM to 2 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Canteen Food Hall at Rio
Rounding off this list is the Canteen Food Hall. Opened in 2023, at the Canteen Food Hall in Rio, you’ll find one of the best burgers in the city at Attaboy Burger, high-quality street-food style sushi at Nama Nama, more burgers and Nashville-style chicken at Tender Crush, along with sandwiches at Tony Luke’s, ramen and beer at Shogun Ramen, along with Sonoran-style burritos at Southland Burrito.
This food hall is convenient if you’re staying at the Rio or visiting. It’s open from 11 AM to 10 PM Sunday to Thursday, and 11 AM to 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.
Food Halls Are The Future Of The Las Vegas Dining Scene
Food halls have carved out their own place in the Las Vegas dining scene. Despite the reduction of buffets, Las Vegas food halls prove you don’t have to commit to one restaurant to enjoy a great meal.
With so many under one roof, you can mix and match flavors, try something new, or stick with your favorites. Each food hall brings its own personality to the table, making them just as much a part of the Vegas experience as the shows, casinos, and nightlife.
