KÀ is the Cirque du Soleil show where the stage steals the scene: a 50-ton deck that rises and falls 72 feet, spins a full 360 degrees and tilts to 100 degrees while acrobats perform on it. It has played the KÀ Theatre at MGM Grand since 2005, and tickets for 2027 went on sale in September 2026.
The theater seats about 1,950 people in six sections on one continuous rake: 101, 102 and 103 at the front, then a wide walkway, then 201, 202 and 203 behind it. Our short answer: rows J to M in the middle of section 102 for the best view, and section 202 from row BB back for the best value.
Best seats for KÀ
The best seats are in section 102, rows J to M: dead center, inside the Golden Circle, and far enough back to take in the whole stage as it moves.
The Golden Circle is the top ticket category, and it covers rows G to M of section 102. We lean toward the back half of it because the aerial scenes play out over rows A to J, and from J to M you see them without craning upward. Performers also come down the inner aisles of the front sections, so you're close to the action either way.
Best value seats
Section 202 from row BB back is our value pick: the same head-on view as 102, a little higher and farther away, and usually for less than the middle of 102.
Skip the idea that the very front of 202 is a bargain, though. Row AA of section 202 holds the Royal VIP Experience seats (seats 1 to 15), which come with an artist meet and greet, and the Producer seats (16 to 32), both priced above standard tickets.
Seats to avoid
Avoid rows B to D of sections 101 and 103, which are too close to take in the whole stage, plus the last four rows of 201 and 203 and the last two rows of 202.
Up front, one Reddit user compared the experience to sitting too close to a cinema screen. At the back, you lose detail. From the side sections you can also see some of the lift machinery that moves the deck. We found no seats sold as limited view, though.

Wheelchair and reduced-mobility seats aren't picked online: book them by phone on 866-740-7711 or at an MGM Resorts box office.
Ask the box office where your seats will be when you call, as we couldn't confirm the rows from an official source.
Section by section
Sections 101, 102 and 103
The front half of the room. Section 102 sits square to the stage, and its rows G to M form the Golden Circle. This is where you feel the scale of the show best, with aerial scenes overhead and performers passing through the aisles.
Sections 101 and 103 flank it on either side. They're a good, close view at a slight angle; just stay behind row D so the stage isn't too tall and too near.
Sections 201, 202 and 203
Behind a wide cross-aisle, on the same rake rather than a separate balcony, starting at row AA. Section 202 is the center and our value pick from row BB back; its row AA is reserved for the VIP and Producer seats.
Sections 201 and 203 are the side angle of the room. Their front rows are fine, and cast members also appear on footbridges along the sides of the theater. The outer edges and the last four rows are the weakest seats in the house.
Good to know before you go
- KÀ runs 90 minutes with no intermission.
- Children under 3 aren't admitted because of loud noises and darkness, and guests under 18 must come with an adult. Cirque's older FAQ says under 5, so check before bringing a small child.
- No photos or video of any kind during the show.
- Paid parking is in MGM Grand's main garage.
- Showtimes for the rest of 2026: 6 and 8:30 pm Monday to Wednesday, 4:30 and 7 pm Saturday and Sunday, dark Thursday and Friday. In 2027 the weeknight shows move to Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and KÀ is dark Wednesday and Thursday.
