Thanks so much for this list. I’m a local. Sometimes it’s hard for us to find places to take family and friends when they come out to visit. They don’t want to visit local spots. They want hot spots. This list is awesome!
Yes seems like the Paris is the best deal without having to travel to far
I went to the Wynn buffet based on your recommendation. What a let down ! I paid $65 and it was a very ordinary to substandard buffet. The crab legs were cold and watery. Nothing was really good, it was just ok. I had far better meals at the Luxor and MGM for half the cost. A guy sitting near me said,
“Excuse me, is this buffet not very good or is it just me ?” I assured him it was not just him !
These are all nice if you are rich and can afford to spend outrageous money for a buffet. How about doing a story about places that have a buffet that you don’t have to be a High Roller to eat. Since the Station Casino’s closed their buffets there are no affordable places to go to have a good buffet and not spend 50 bucks a person. We are retired and on a fixed income and our “fun” night out was to go to one of the Station Casinos and my wife would hit the slots and then we would go to the buffet. Well now that they are closed, we are never going back to any of the station casinos and need a decent place to go. So get over the $25 and up buffets and give us something that we can actually use to go out and eat. Surely there are still some decent priced buffets in town where you don’t have to be a High Roller to eat there.
What a great list. I’m a Vegas regular and have been to all of these except Green Valley. The buffet at Paris would come higher on my list. I’d also highly recommend the buffet at Mandalay Bay. But I agree with so much of what you say.
I’m a Vegas regular and swear by the Caesar’s buffet. Paris and Cosmopolitan are also really well done. I’ve been to every one on your list and you’re really making me really miss Vegas right now.
Oh, I’d also add that Mandalay Bay is quietly underrated.
