Fly & Dine Luxury Night Out

Fly & Dine Luxury Night Out is Papillon’s dinner-and-flight evening for two or more: a four-course Northern Italian tasting menu at Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano, inside The Venetian, and a night helicopter flight over the Strip. Dinner starts at 5:30 PM and the helicopter leaves at 8:30 PM, though Papillon may swap the order in some seasons.

The flight lasts about 10 to 15 minutes and covers both sides of the Strip, then Downtown: the Luxor pyramid and its beam, Allegiant Stadium, New York-New York, T-Mobile Arena, the Bellagio fountains, the Eiffel Tower at Paris, the High Roller, the Sphere and the casinos of Downtown.

Getting to The Venetian is up to you. About an hour before the flight, Papillon’s ride collects you at The Venetian’s Underground Tour Lobby for its terminal nearby, and after landing a shuttle takes you to one of several Strip and Downtown hotels. Papillon counts about 3½ hours from dinner to drop-off.

The package is sold for parties of two or more.

At Matteo’s host stand, show photo ID and the printed confirmation: it proves the dinner is prepaid.

The restaurant tip is included. Wine pairings and other drinks aren’t: you add them at the table and pay Matteo’s directly.

Everyone 18 and over needs an original REAL ID-compliant license or a passport; without one, Papillon refuses check-in and refunds no one in the booking.

Passengers of 300 pounds or more pay for an extra comfort seat at check-in. Check in at the terminal 45 minutes before the flight. Changes are free until 72 hours before departure. Cancelling by then gets you a credit voucher for the full price, good for a year, not a refund; inside 72 hours, no changes or refunds. Reconfirm by phone a day or two ahead.
