L.A. Comedy Club is the stand-up club at The STRAT, where it has been since 2007. It began on the hotel’s second floor, and in early 2022 it moved into a room designed for it on the casino floor, the 270-seat Dragon Room. There are three shows a night, every night.
What to expect
The bills mix comics who are based in Las Vegas with headliners on national tours. The STRAT puts on a different comedy event each week, built around national headliners, so who you see depends on the week you’re in town. Look that week up before you buy.
Good to know
The club is on the main casino floor, next to McCall’s Grill. It moved down from the second floor in 2022, so older directions will send you the wrong way.
The Dragon Room has its own full-service bar.
Where to sit
The Dragon Room has three zones and no numbered seats. VIP Booth is four booths, three along the side walls near the stage and one in a far corner. VIP Seating, the seats closest to the stage, comes with the VIP line and choice of seating. General Admission is the long rows behind, which fill the rest of the room. The box office lists no extras with VIP Booth beyond the booth itself.
