Jokesters Comedy Club was a stand-up room at Alexis Park Resort, a few minutes off the Strip. Its owner, comedian Don Barnhart, was the resident headliner and shared the bill with touring comics. It reopened after the pandemic shutdown on May 19, 2022, in the hotel’s remodeled Modern Showrooms, and by December 2022 it was playing Friday and Saturday nights in the Pegasus Showroom. It twice won Best of Las Vegas comedy club honors from the Review-Journal.
The exact date of its last show isn’t known. The Modern Showrooms’ lineup no longer includes a comedy club, and the club’s own website lists Jokesters as on hiatus, with no return date.
